I had the pleasure to work on this film and let me just say, she's EXACTLY like this in real life all the time. One of a kind and one of the few true badasses we have left. Long Live Queen Franny!!!!

no make up, no plastic surgeries, no botox. good for her. she could put on some make up for a special even, but she chose not to, good for her.

Gábor Vág - 2018-01-13
That moment when she's trying to put out the fire at the billboards... "Robbie!"
Gosh that broke my heart.

Prince G. Binondo - 2018-01-13
Why she did not kiss Angelina but gave a hug and kiss to Isabelle?

Scott English - 2018-01-13

Andrew McCarthy - 2018-01-11
This is perhaps the only time I've ever seen someone acknowledge the person/model holding the award. They usually stand in the back, unknown. At 9 seconds Frances shakes their hand. Amazing.

Steve Fick - 2018-01-11

Vicky 12 - 2018-01-11
Alright, I love this woman, she's tremendous, so is her film and so was her speech! 👏 One little thing: Dear HFPA, what went wrong then you finally should have rewarded Diane Kruger with a freaking Golden Globe Nomination for God's sake!?! She was the heart and soul of In the Fade , if it weren't for her you wouldn't have chosen that movie to be this year's best foreign language film in the first place... which it is! Hey, I'm not raising the discrimination argument at any occasion, but it's safe to say as an American, the woman would have been nominated if not rewarded that night (with all due respect to great Frances McDormand)! I don't expect a vast majority of Americans to like this comment since, let's face it, you didn't watch it. Just believe me, Kruger was astonishing, she won the Palm d'Or in Cannes, just to give one example! Whatever, I'm glad the project as a whole is getting the recognition in Hollywood that it has received ...basically everywhere else in the world! 👏 Plus, McDormand's Golden Globe was so overdue as well, I guess politics truly always thwarts Hollywood's Award Ceremonies a little!

Wayne Harris - 2018-01-10
Meryl lost.....I am glad......she doesn't have to win everything

Breno Leite Brito - 2018-01-10
I fcking love this woman.

BrokeredHeart - 2018-01-10
That goddamn SWAGGER to the mic stand! Love how she greeted the presenters, and even thought to thank Simone before she laid down one of the best acceptance speeches of the night. "The women in this room tonight are not here for the food,..... they're here for the work." Here, here!

samuele dall'olmo - 2018-01-10
So DESERVED!!! I hope thai she will win the Oscar❤️💪🏼

Jay R - 2018-01-10

Aron Tamás - 2018-01-10
